Requirements
Liberal Arts: 38 hours
All majors at Harding are required to complete the 47-hour Liberal Arts program. The following Liberal Arts requirements are met within the content of the major:
9 hours of Inquiry, Investigation, and Reasoning are satisfied in the major.
* BIOL 3700 may be used to meet requirements with approval from the department chair.
+ If CHEM 2110 and PHS 4100 for two hours are completed, then twenty-two major-elective hours are needed to achieve the major requirements. Choosing CHEM 3740/3740L and/or PHS 4100 for three hours lowers the total of required elective hours. Completion of a second Laboratory Experience course can be applied toward the elective hours.
Remaining Bible/Electives: 18 hours
PHS 4100, counted above in the major, should be taken the senior year and will satisfy the Bible requirement the semester in which it is taken.
