Requirements

Liberal Arts: 31 Hours

All majors at Harding are required to complete the 47-hour Liberal Arts  program. The following Liberal Arts requirements are met within the content of the major:

• Chemistry and mathematics satisfy 6 hours of Inquiry, Investigation, and Reasoning.
• BIOL 3120  satisfies 3 hours of Inquiry, Investigation, and Reasoning and 3 hours of Self and Society.
• ENGR 3100  satisfies 4 hours of Self and Society. According to Arkansas State Law, international students are required to take POLS 1787 , which will increase the number of hours for the major.

Recommended:

• BDOC 2030  and BHIS 3040  or BHIS 3050  are strongly recommended to satisfy 6 hours of Historical and Literary Perspective and reduce the number of required Bible/electives.
