The Master of Business Administration emphasizes Principled Leadership - developing leaders of integrity who can provide solutions that contribute to the long-term success of their organizations. The degree must be completed within seven calendar years from the date of enrolling in the first graduate course.

MBA Program Outcomes

The MBA Program strives to achieve the following program outcomes:

1. Students will demonstrate effective management knowledge and skills in Christian business ethics,
2. Students will demonstrate effective management knowledge and skills in critical thinking process,
3. Students will demonstrate effective management knowledge and skills in problem solving techniques, and
4. Students will demonstrate effective management knowledge and skills in communication.
