Nutrition and Food Management Major (NFM), BS

Return to: Programs of Study All students interested in nutrition, food management, and/or applied dietetics practice will start in the nutrition and food management program. Students who choose not to apply to the accelerated program in applied dietetics practice and want a career utilizing the knowledge of food management will now have a separate option at the undergraduate level that leads to a variety of careers in nutrition and food management. This program also includes an embedded minor in project management.

Liberal Arts: 35 Hours
All majors at Harding are required to complete the 47-hour Liberal Arts program. The following Liberal Arts requirements are met within the content of the major.
Major: 76 Hours
This major includes an embedded minor in Project Management which will be reflected on the academic transcript. FCS Program Core: 6 Hours
Nutrition and Food Management: 70 Hours
