FCS 6240 - Professional Leadership and Management in Dietetics Practice


This course will cover leadership and management in nutrition and dietetics within any practice environment. Students will learn leaderships skills through personal assessment and reflection and apply organization, project, and risk management knowledge and skills in various contexts.
