NURS 3670 - Nursing Academic Internship An elective course designed to meet individualized student learning needs utilizing various clinical settings. Student-initiated objectives relative to curriculum strands are matched with the clinical setting; arrangements are coordinated through the dean of the College of Nursing. The experience is to augment clinical application of the student’s achieved learning level with guidance from the nursing faculty and clinical mentor. Seventy five (75) clock hours are equivalent to one course credit hour per Harding requirements with Academic Internships.
Prerequisite(s): May be taken with Level I or II standing.
Credit Hours: 1-4
Term Offered: Fall, Spring (Summer with sufficient enrollment)
