EDFD 8050 - Introduction to Statistical Techniques A detailed review of the bivariate statistical techniques and an introduction to the multivariate techniques used in educational research including: measures of central tendency, variation, rank and correlation; the normal curve and probability; testing differences between means; analysis of variance; regression analysis and nonparametric procedures. NOTE: Enrollment in this course is restricted to students who have been accepted into the M.Ed., Ed.S., or the Ed.D. Educational Leadership program; or building-level or district-level program of study.
Prerequisite(s): EDFD 6520 or equivalent, and admission to a College of Education Ed.D. program.
