Management and Business Ethics (MBA)


Degree Requirements


All required work for the MBA degree must be completed within seven calendar years from the date of enrolling in the first graduate course.

Portfolio Requirement: In addition to completing the hours required, the student must also present an academic portfolio to a review committee during the final semester of work. The portfolio will be evaluated for compliance, content and quality as specified in the detailed Portfolio instructions, available in the MBA office. The portfolio will consist of papers, projects and cases accumulated in several of the completed courses. A narrative must be included to integrate the portfolio components with the MBA learning outcomes. Specific details of the format and content of the Portfolio requirements are available in the MBA office.

Dual Degree: For Harding University College of Pharmacy students interested in earning their MBA degree from Harding’s MBA program:

  • Admission to the MBA program requires completion of a minimum of 90 semester hours of pre-professional education at an accredited college or university. A dual pharmacy and MBA student must complete his/her Doctor of Pharmacy degree prior to or simultaneous to the MBA degree.
  • Failure to complete a Doctor of Pharmacy degree will require the student to complete his/her undergraduate degree before earning an MBA.
