Kinesiology Major (KINS) (Non-Teacher Licensure), BA

Requirements

Liberal Arts: 49 Hours

All majors at Harding are required to complete 53 hours of Liberal Arts studies. The following Liberal Arts requirements are met within the content of the major:

• KINS 355  or KINS 356  satisfies the 1-hour kinesiology activity requirement and is counted below in the hours required for the major.
• KINS 320  satisfies 3 hours of the Global Perspectives component and is counted below in the hours required for the major.

Required:

• Student is required BIOL 113 .

Recommendation:

• Majors are strongly encouraged to participate in the major’s club for professional growth.

Student must demonstrate proficiency in swimming or take KINS 112  as leveling work, which decreases the hours of electives.

Student must provide proof of American Red Cross First Aid & CPR/AED training or take HED 205 , which decreases the hours of electives.
