Liberal Arts: 47 Hours

• Three hours of the Creative Spirit in the Liberal Arts  requirement are met within in the major and counted below.
• ENG 201  or ENG 202  is still required.
• Three hours of global literacy credit are met by MUS 324  and counted below.

Major: 36 Hours

Music major status requires a passing score of 80 percent or higher on the Theory Entrance Exam or MUS 170  with a grade of “B” or higher; and satisfactory performance on the Theory, Keyboard and Principal Applied Performance Evaluations.
