Painting Major (PTNG), BFA

Bachelor of Fine Arts Program

Before being formally admitted to the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) program, candidates must:

1. Complete 15 hours of Art and Design core courses with a minimum GPA of 3.0;
2. Pass the Sophomore Portfolio Review;
3. Submit a completed application form.

A minimum GPA of 3.0, within the major, is required for graduation.

Requirements

Liberal Arts: 53 Hours

Majors are required to take either THEA 101  or MUS 101  to meet the Creative Spirit Liberal Arts requirement.
