Bachelor of Fine Arts Program

Admission Requirements:

Before being formally admitted to the B.F.A. program, candidates must:

Complete 15 hours of core courses with a GPA of 3.0;
Present a portfolio that shows seriousness of interest and adequate skills at the conclusion of 15 hours of core courses;
Submit a completed application form; and
Receive a letter from the department chairman approving continuation of work toward the B.F.A. degree. To remain in this program, students must maintain a 3.0 GPA in art.
