NURS 4620 - Nursing Capstone Experience A synthesis course exploring application of critical thinking skills, communication skills, change theory, and professional role development are explored as the students prepare for the national licensing exam, and the transition to professional practice. Professional behavior analysis, credentialing, and evidence-based practice analysis are refined. Through the process of portfolio development, learners review and analyze personal learning outcomes of the nursing program. Two lecture hours per week and 45 licensing exam preparation hours are to be arranged. This course is eligible for honors credit.
Prerequisite(s): NURS 3550 , NURS 4200 , NURS 4530 . Taken the semester of graduation.
