NURS 3630 - Pathophysiology for Nursing Practice Alterations in physiological well-being across the lifespan are studied from national and global nursing perspectives as pathological responses to disease, stress, and environmental changes. Critical thinking, research-based findings, and scientific knowledge are applied to analyze clinical nursing implications and patient outcomes. Three lecture hours per week. Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing, BIOL 2400/2400L or BIOL 3200/3200L , BIOL 2405/2405L or BIOL 3210/3210L , and CHEM 1010/1010L or CHEM 1020/1020L or CHEM 1040/1040L .
This course must be taken prior to admission to the College of Nursing.
