MKTG 3850 - Services Marketing


This course deals with the marketing of products which are services and how service can be used in the marketing of products which are primarily viewed as goods.  It has a special emphasis on understanding service quality and the creation, implementation, and evaluation of strategies aimed at gaining competitive advantage by delivering it.

Prerequisite(s): MKTG 2400
