NURS 412 - Research in Nursing


Using critical thinking, critical reading and critiquing processes, basic research concepts with application to professional nursing practice are introduced. Based upon Christian principles and professional ethics, research findings and utilization are explored and related to client outcomes. Written and oral communication skills are emphasized. Three hours lecture per week. This course is eligible for honors credit.

Prerequisite(s): Prerequisite: Level I standing and MATH 200 . May be taken by non-nursing students with prior approval from the dean.

Credit Hours: 3
