MGT 430 - Strategic Policy Use of case studies to integrate and utilize decision-making concepts and techniques studied in earlier courses. Students will be required to analyze cases to understand current business strategy and implementation. Emphasis on formulation of mission, setting goals and implementation of policies, including global and e-commerce strategies. This capstone course includes a nationalized exam covering the topics from the business core classes of ACCT 205, 206, BUS 265, 315, 343, ECON 201, 202, MGT 368, MKTG 240. For this reason, students should complete these courses prior to enrolling in this course. No allowance will be made for material on the nationalized exam from courses not taken by the student.
