KINS 101 - Wellness

Information relative to the how, what, and why of physical activity, and health concepts as they relate to quality and longevity of life. One hour of lecture and one hour of laboratory per week plus outside class activity. Required of all freshmen. Does not count toward a kinesiology major or minor.
