FCS 420 - Medical Nutrition Therapy

Nutrition counseling and communication skills. Nutritional assessment and provision of appropriate medical nutrition therapy. The student must subscribe to the American Dietetic Association's Web-based nutrition care manual.

Prerequisite(s): Prerequisite: FCS 102 , 240 , 331 , and CHEM 121 ,122 .

Credit Hours: 3
