BUS 315 - Business Law

Survey of the law of contracts, from contract formation to remedies for breach, the Uniform Commercial Code law of sales contracts, as well as an introduction to property law. Topics treated include common law contracts law as contrasted with the statutory scheme of the UCC; the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods; real, personal and intellectual property; and bailments.

Credit Hours: 3
