FCS 6300 - Nutrition Communication and Education

This course will cover topics related to nutrition communication and education with individuals, groups, and populations. Students will learn how to build their verbal and non-verbal communication skills and facilitate behavior change with diverse audiences by designing theory-driven nutrition education.
