FCS 6200 - Community and Public Health NutritionThis course will cover community and public health nutrition principles and nutrition programs grounded in evidence-based research and behavioral theory. Students will learn about the determinants of health, nutrition assessment, nutrition epidemiology, public policy and the healthcare system, the provision of services for populations across the life cycle, and local, national, and global programs.
