MSS 2011 - Individual Leadership StudiesDevelops skills in problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and conflict resolution necessary to leadership. Students examine different leadership styles, perform a leadership analysis of famous leaders from the past and conduct a self-assessment of their own leadership style.
