EDL 6050 - Cultural & Sociological Issues in Education for AdministratorsThis course content addresses building a school culture that supports and responds to every member of the school community by ensuring the development of equitable protocols, access, and responsive practices in a supportive school community. Candidates will study educational theories, principles, and practices in light of current sociological and cultural aspects, including respect of and responsiveness to characteristics such as race, culture and language, gender, disability, or special status.
