FIN 3900 - Financial Modeling

This course will examine and analyze financial statements and other financial information utilizing financial modeling concepts. It will cover the institutions and instruments used in investment banking, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and various valuation methodologies. Spreadsheets and management skills will be developed for creating computer based models for analyzing a variety of decision problems facing today's financial managers and professionals.
