Historical, scientific, and philosophical antecedents of contemporary psychology in relation to their current influence on the field; emphasis upon contributions of important leaders and schools of psychology; consideration of current developments in the field will be addressed. 

Prerequisite(s): 12 hours of psychology or consent of instructor.
