FCS 3490 - Pediatric Nutrition, Health, and SafetyThis course provides an overview of the health, safety, and nutritional needs of young children and early childhood practices. Content includes roles and responsibilities of adults in meeting children's diverse needs, promoting healthy lifestyle practices, understanding common childhood injuries and illnesses, nutrition and safely standards, and planning age appropriate, nutritious meals.
