EDL 8400 - Leadership and Human Resources

An exploration of the management of human resources in higher education settings, including recruitment, selection, professional development, compensation, evaluation, motivation, contract issues and conflict management. Note: Enrollment in all 8000-level EDL courses is restricted to students who have been accepted into the Ed.D. program in Educational Leadership.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Ed.D. program in Educational Leadership.

Credit Hours: 3
