EDL 8000 - Legal, Political, and Ethical Issues in Higher Education Leadership

A study of constitutional, statutory and case law pertaining to higher education in its political and spiritual context. Note: Enrollment in all 8000-level EDL courses is restricted to students who have been accepted into the Ed.D. program in Educational Leadership.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Ed.D. program in Educational Leadership.

Credit Hours: 3
