EDL 6660 - Education Law and Values for Administrators


A course designed to introduce the legal system, case law, statutes, and regulations of education and special education in order to understand and demonstrate how to implement initiatives and interpret legislation, including Arkansas laws and regulations, for legal and ethical leadership. 

Prerequisite(s): Admission to the M.Ed., Ed.S., or the Ed.D. Educational Leadership program, or principal or superintendent endorsement program of study.
