CJ 4200 - Law Enforcement Administration and ManagementThe study of major theories of leadership and decision-making as well as major management principles and concepts focused toward a variety of law enforcement agencies. Emphasis is placed on leadership, supervisory styles, education, motivation and current issues facing law enforcement leaders. Emphasis is also placed on personnel recruitment, training, evaluation, promotion, grievances, sexual harassment, Equal Employment Opportunity, financial planning, budgeting, and policy development.
