BNEW 5260 - Paul's Prison LettersMaturity and sanctification never occur effortlessly among God's people. Paul's letters from prison - Colossians, Ephesians, Philippians and Philemon - reveal dynamic biblical paradigms for nurturing churches in four distinct settings as Paul crafts visions for Christians who must act differently, both corporately and individually, on the basis of their new relationship with God. Introduction to the prison letters, exegesis of central texts, and relationship between doctrine and life are set forth in each letter. Credit Hours: 3 Term Offered: See annual schedule published in April |
