Requirements

Students seeking teaching licensure must follow eligibility criteria for admission and retention listed in the Cannon-Clary College of Education  section.

Liberal Arts: 44 hours

All majors at Harding are required to complete 53 hours of Liberal Arts  studies. The following Liberal Arts requirements are met within the content of the major:

• ENG 2010  or ENG 2020  is counted below in the hours required for the major and satisfies three hours of the Creative Spirit component.
• THEA 3060  satisfies three hours of the Global Perspectives component and is counted below in the Theatre Core below.
• EDFD 2030  is required in place of PSY 2010  in the Individual and Social Environment component and is counted below in the hours required for licensure.
