• EXSS 3010 - Anatomical and Biomechanical Kinesiology Credit Hours: 3
• KINS 2060 - Foundations of Kinesiology Credit Hours: 3
• KINS 2610 - Sport Psychology Credit Hours: 2
• KINS 3250 - Motor Learning Credit Hours: 2
• KINS 3560 - Teaching Sports Skills II Credit Hours: 3
• KINS 4070 - Exercise Physiology: Theory and Application K-12 Credit Hours: 3

Students must take BIOL 1200  as their liberal arts requirement.

Students must provide proof of American Red Cross First Aid & CPR/AED training or take HED 2050 , which increases the hours in the minor.

This minor does not automatically certify students as licensed coaches. It only qualifies students to sit for the required state licensure test. This minor is for nonkinesiology majors.

Students seeking teaching licensure must follow eligibility criteria for admission and retention listed in the Cannon-Clary College of Education  section of the undergraduate catalog.
