First Year Experience: The First Year Experience Office works with new students to:

• foster a shared experience and sense of belonging to the Harding community through a variety of experiences including new student orientation, retreats, student organizationa fair, and peer-mentoring programs;
• ensure students receive the support needed to succeed at the university level through academic coaching for undeclared majors and learning enhancement workshops;
• inspire students to explore and connect with resources and activities to support their academic, persona, and spiritual growth.
