The mission of the Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences is to prepare Christian professionals for graduate school or for careers in exercise science and athletic training.

The department offers a Bachelor of Science in exercise science.  A minor is offered in personal training.

The Athletic Training Program is located within the College of Allied Health. The mission of this program is to instill essential knowledge, skills, and dispositions for successful careers, advanced study, and servant leadership in the field of athletic training.

The program is accredited by The Commission on Accreditation for Athletic Training Education (CAATE) and is currently transitioning from an undergraduate degree to a Master of Science in Athletic Training (M.S.A.T.).

The application process and curriculum for this graduate program are being developed at this time. Students interested in Athletic Training are encouraged to contact the Director of Athletic Training for additional information and for undergraduate advising.
