FCS 3320 - Life Cycle Nutrition


A study of the nutrition requirements from preconception throughout life, with an emphasis on nutrition needs for normal growth and development and the consequences of under- and over-nutrition. Nutrition assessment and nutrition education for each stage of the life cycle, as well as factors that influence nutritional status and cultural and socioeconomic challenges to meeting nutrient needs.

Prerequisite(s): FCS 3310
