EDFD 6450 - Cultural and Sociological Issues in Education

Study of educational theories, principles and practices in the light of current sociological concepts, with special reference to educational problems arising from our rapidly changing social, economic and political conditions. Educational needs and adaptation of training institutions in terms of educational change; ways in which selective culture factors and trends affect the process of organization of education.
