BMIN 5873 - Congregational Leadership

This course covers leader spirituality and self-awareness, theology, and best practices for congregational leadership in the North American context. It includes several key areas such as current missional models, components of congregational purpose and culture, church size dynamics, mission activation, leadership teams, evangelism, disciple-making and spiritual formation, social action and justice, stewardship, etc.
