PHS 1030 - Astronomy and Space Science

Historical perspectives and current interpretations of philosophy and methodology of science with emphasis on astronomical phenomena, including direct observational experiences. Celestial phenomena, overview of the earth, the solar system, stars, and the universe, with science principles applied to astronomy. This class may make use of the testing center and/or may give exams outside of regularly scheduled class hours.

Credit Hours: 3
