BIOL 448 - Molecular and Cellular Neurobiology

An examination of neurons and synapses at the molecular, cellular, and genetic levels. Topics include cellular neurochemistry and neural membranes, inter- and intracellular signaling, development and differentiation, cell injury, inherited and neurodegenerative diseases, sensory transduction, and neural processing and behavior.

Credit Hours: 3
