IS 350 - Systems Planning and Management

This course examines issues related to managing the IS resource in today’s business environment. Topics include the relationship between business and IS, strategic planning, leadership, compliance, IS architecture and Infrastructure, IS governance, security, change management, outsourcing, risk and service level agreements.

Prerequisite(s): Prerequisite(s): IS 290 ; IS 320  or COMP 301  highly recommended. Prerequisite courses must be completed with a C or better.

Credit Hours: 3
