ESL 097 - Advanced Listening and Speaking

Based on results of university-approved English proficiency exams such as the TOEFL, IELTS, or others, international students may be required to take this ESL Bridge course before entering the regular university curriculum. Instruction in listening and note-taking, and speaking and pronunciation skills to prepare students for college or graduate-level work. Meeting GPA and exit exam requirements or successfully passing an English proficiency test are required to exit the course. Course may only be taken twice.

Credit Hours: 2

Term Offered: Fall, Spring
