BMIN 328 - Preaching Skills and Strategies


An analysis of the communicative and strategic dimensions of preaching within a theological context. Attention is given to audience analysis, persuasive teaching, planned preaching, and processing congregational feedback throughout the preaching process. The particular personality and communication style of the preacher is considered. A concurrent laboratory is required.

Prerequisite(s): Prerequisite: BMIN 325  or consent of the instructor.

Credit Hours: 3
