CHEM 405 - Research

Students conduct an experimental investigation under the supervision of a faculty member. A paper reporting the results of the research, written in the format of a published journal article, is required for completion of the course. A minimum of 4 laboratory hours per week is required per credit hour. May be repeated. Research at another institution may be counted with the prior approval of the department chair.

Prerequisite(s): Prerequisite: Junior standing and consent of faculty member who will advise.
