BMIN 5873 - Missional Leadership Strategies

This course looks at ministry through three lenses: missional theology, strategic leadership, and best practices in mission engagement. Missional theology seeks to discern God’s intent for his people in the world, particularly in the North American context. Strategic leadership evaluates current models for intentional mission effectiveness. Best practices focus on key areas of church life and leadership such as forming healthy congregational cultures, facilitating effective ministry deployment, leading worship, making disciples, building community, fostering stewardship, and navigating church size dynamics.
