Information technology is both proactive and reactive to the business and as such the information system strategic plan should reflect this relationship. Issues discussed include; creating business advantage through appropriate use of IT, strategic alignment of IT and corporate strategy, crafting IT enhanced business models, and managing networked infrastructure and operations.
