ART 1600 - Design Foundations I

Design Foundations I explores basic visual design elements and principles, sources of design inspiration, the creative process, and contextual influence fundamental to all visual arts through readings, discussion, exercises and laboratory application. Content addresses both two-dimensional composition and three-dimensional form and space organization.

Six studio hours in class per week.
