ART 2990 - Typography I


Formation and manipulation of individual letter forms as the basis for typographic communication. Studio work in rendering type by hand and on the computer. Fostering of fundamental knowledge of the aesthetics of type as a visual carrier of meaning.

Prerequisite(s): ART 1030 ART 2200 , or COMM 2000 , or con­sent of the instructor.
