ART 2600 - Design Foundations II


Design Foundations II continues an exploration of visual design elements and principles, of the sources of design inspiration, and of the creative process and contextual influences fundamental to all visual arts through readings, discussion, exercises and laboratory application. Emphasis includes concentration on the theory and application of color for expressive and aesthetic intent. Six studio hours in class per week.

Prerequisite(s): ART 1600  or consent of instructor.
